1 can sauerkraut, drained well 3/4 cup chopped celery 3/4 cup chopped green bell pepper 1/2 cup chopped onion 1/2 cup shredded carrots 1/2 cup vinegar 1/2 cup Wesson? oil 1 cup granulated sugar
Rinse sauerkraut with cold water. Drain well. Mix in vegetables, then mix in vinegar, oil and sugar. Cover and chill.
